Me një minutë heshtje në shenjë respekti për viktimat e fatkeqësisë natyrore në rrethinën e Shkupit dhe në prani të shumë dashamirëve të artit dhe kulturës filloi programi solemn i themelimit të Shoqërisë Kulturore Artistike “Duflla” Raçe – Shkup. Fillimisht u prezantua një historik i shkurtër për fshatin Rashçe ku më pas vijoi programi i larmishëm i anëtarëve të Sh.K.A. “Duflla” duke përfshirë këngë polifonike me dy zëra, melodi me kavall dhe valle burimore.

Të pranishëm në këtë event ishin edhe shumë funksionarë, artdashës, rapsod, veteran të arsimit dhe kulturës, ansamble të ndryshme nga vendi si dhe mërgimtarë. Vet prezenca juaj tregon një fillim të mbarë i Shoqërisë sonë dhe kjo na jep kuraje për të vazhduar rrugën e nisur para 50 viteve.
